Since I took office as Governor, I've been working hard for our children and grandchildren so they can enjoy the wonderful gifts this state has to offer. Please check back often to keep up with our agenda to make Georgia a better place to live, work, and raise a family.
I believe that my principled conservative leadership, rooted in the Georgia clay and matured in the U.S. Army, is what Georgia needs to move our state forward.
Servant's Heart is a movement for Georgians to volunteer and act on needs in their own region. To highlight the movement, on December 17, 2011 Governor Deal and First Lady Sandra Deal joined citizens at Good News at Noon, Norcross Co-Op, MUST Ministries, City of Refuge, and the Atlanta Community Food Bank.
The Servant's Heart movement is not limited to one day, as we each strive to continue to make Georgia a state that cares!
