1. Lift power indicator light is not bright, do not lift do not move?
Troubleshooting method: Check whether the power cable is properly connected and whether there is leakage; if the leakage switch is activated, the fault should be removed in time, and then reset the leakage switch to continue to use.
2. The power indicator light is on, but there is a "click" sound in the electrical box when pressing the lift button. How can the lifting platform not lift or can only lift to a limited height?
Troubleshooting method: Check whether the cable is too tall or too thin, and whether the length or diameter is appropriate. If the cable diameter is not more than 25 meters, the diameter should not be less than 1 square, and if the cable diameter is more than 25 meters, the diameter should not be less than 1.5 square.
3. There is oil leakage in the lift. How to repair it?
Troubleshooting method: First, check whether oil cylinder, oil pipe, hydraulic power unit and hydraulic pump are connected with oil leakage at the joint. If so, tighten with a lifting wrench; if the cylinder leaks oil, you can choose to replace the oil seal ring of the cylinder or replace a fresh cylinder.
4. What if the platform drops automatically?
Troubleshooting method: Check the sealing condition of the support valve, disassemble the valve block and clean it to ensure that the spool can operate freely. Check whether the cylinder leaks oil. If there is a problem with the seal ring, replace the seal ring. If there is debris on the inner wall of the cylinder, replace a fresh cylinder.
